JEDCO - Jasper County Economic Corporation was formed in 1990 to provide economic development leadership and expertise to the small communities of Jasper County. JEDCO has assisted its member communities in development projects involving new business locations, existing business retention and expansion, new business start-up, housing, and tourism.
The Greater Des Moines Partnership provides resources for moving or expanding a business to Greater Des Moines, employment opportunities, information about the area, and a calendar of events and programs.
SCORE (Service Corps of Retired Executives) is a nonprofit association dedicated to educating entrepreneurs and helping small businesses start, grow, and succeed nationwide. SCORE is a resource partner with the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), and has been mentoring small business owners for more than forty years.
